The system combines powder polymer storage, automatic feeding, dissolution/maturation, and variable frequency controlled dosing in a single, compact skid-mounted unit. The 2000L dissolving tank, with dimensions of L2000 × W1200 × H1000 mm, provides substantial capacity for continuous preparation of high-viscosity polymer solutions essential for flocculation and sludge conditioning. The dual-stage mixing system includes a high-speed dispersion mixer for initial powder wetting followed by a slow-speed maturation agitator for complete polymer chain activation. The integrated variable frequency drive enables precise adjustment of dosing pump speed, responding to process demand signals with exceptional accuracy. With a total power consumption of only 2.62 kW, the QXYTH-2000L delivers energy-efficient polymer preparation for municipal and industrial facilities requiring reliable, high-volume polymer dosing capacity.
