The equipment has a compact structure, easy operation, low maintenance cost, and can significantly improve sludge treatment efficiency and reduce treatment costs. The unique dewatering process ensures that the moisture content of the sludge after dehydration is low, which is convenient for subsequent transportation and disposal, and effectively reduces environmental pollution. It is suitable for all kinds of livestock farms and is an environmentally friendly and efficient sludge treatment.

The main body of the spiral screw machine is composed of stationary rings and movable rings stacked into a cylindrical shape, with a spiral shaft running through it to form a filtering device. Because the inner diameter of the movable ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the spiral shaft, the rotation of the spiral shaft can drive the movable ring to perform circular motion, preventing blockages. The gap between the stationary ring and the movable ring gradually narrows along the direction of the mud cake outlet, from the thickening to the dewatering section. After the sludge is thickened by gravity in the thickening section, it is gradually transported to the dewatering section, where forced dewatering is achieved under the internal pressure generated by the back pressure plate at the discharge outlet.
