The working principle of this equipment consists of a cover, drum assembly, collection tank, transmission device, flushing device, slag plate, and frame, among other components. When the drum filter operates, the reducer drives the grid frame to rotate. The floating matter in the wastewater is filtered and intercepted on the grid screen and then transferred to the slag plate by the rotating grid frame where the slag falls off. At the same time, the flushing device is used to backwash the grid surface, and the washed slag falls onto the slag plate, sliding into a garbage cart or conveyor for external transportation. The mesh cylinder rotates under the drive of the transmission device, and the wastewater enters the distribution trough from the inlet pipe, then evenly overflows from the outlet. The solid substances in the wastewater that fall on the outer wall of the rotating mesh cylinder are intercepted by the mesh screen, while the water flows out through the mesh gaps into the collection pool. The solid substances intercepted by the mesh cylinder are automatically removed from the outer wall of the screen by the scraper machine. The continuous rotation of the mesh cylinder allows the solid substances attached to the outer wall of the screen to quickly separate from the cylinder, thereby improving production efficiency. The backwashing system consists of flushing pipelines and nozzles. High-pressure water is sprayed onto the mesh cylinder at high speed in a fan shape through the nozzles, quickly washing away the solid substances attached to the mesh cylinder to form a continuous, unobstructed filtration area. This filtration equipment is characterized by high efficiency, large processing capacity, and fine filtration.
