The environmentally friendly spiral screw sludge dewatering machine is designed for industrial and municipal sludge treatment. It adopts efficient spiral extrusion technology to achieve rapid solid-liquid separation. The equipment does not require chemical agents, operates with low energy consumption, and meets green production standards. The unique spiral shaft structure with adjustable gap ensures a dehydration efficiency of more than 95% and a processing capacity of 5-20m³/h. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to maintain, and occupies a small area. It is suitable for multiple scenarios such as printing and dyeing, chemical industry, and municipal administration.
The main body of the spiral screw machine is composed of stationary rings and movable rings stacked into a cylindrical shape, with a spiral shaft running through it to form a filtering device. Because the inner diameter of the movable ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the spiral shaft, the rotation of the spiral shaft can drive the movable ring to perform circular motion, preventing blockages. The gap between the stationary ring and the movable ring gradually narrows along the direction of the mud cake outlet, from the thickening to the dewatering section. After the sludge is thickened by gravity in the thickening section, it is gradually transported to the dewatering section, where forced dewatering is achieved under the internal pressure generated by the back pressure plate at the discharge outlet.

Due to the low-speed rotation, the electricity consumption is deficient. Under the same treatment capacity, the electricity consumption of the spiral screw is only 1/20 of that of the centrifugal dewatering machine.
5. Water-saving: The self-cleaning structure of the spiral screw body that prevents filter gap blockage can save a large amount of water for cleaning. Under the same treatment capacity, the water consumption of the spiral screw is only 1/115 of that of the belt dewatering machine.
