Designed for water treatment, wastewater treatment, and industrial process applications, the system automatically feeds powder chemicals such as polyacrylamide (PAM), polyaluminum chloride (PAC), and activated carbon into the dissolving tank. The integrated variable frequency drive (VFD) provides precise control over the dosing pump speed, enabling accurate chemical feed rates based on process demand signals. The 1000L dissolving tank features a dual-impeller mixing system that ensures complete dissolution of powder chemicals without agglomerate formation.
